2011. Murder Trial (St Albans C Ct) in which he introduced an Intermediary for a Defendant (his Client.) It was the first instance of such procedure in a major criminal trial. This was a successful defence. (See article in Counsel Journal - June 2011)

2011. Blackmail and Fraud. (Southwark C Ct) He defended his client against a Private Prosecution brought by a Chinese Billionaire ( Samuel Tak LEE.) The jury acquittal was followed by a Dismissal of the charges remaining by successful Abuse of Process argument. The Prosecutor was ordered to pay extensive costs. See Daily Mail Sept 26th 2011.
