NOTABLE CASES

Represented the Defendant in interlocutory matters at the High Court Mobil North Sea & Anor -v- PJ Pipe & Vale Co. Ltd. - a contractual claim for approximately £1m - a proactive defence, involving complicated expert evidence (both metallurgical and quantum) resulted in a favourable settlement prior to trial and a reconciled working relationship between the parties.

Represented the Appellant at the Employment Appeal Tribunal in Porter -v- L.B.Camden, the case centred on the Respondent's knowledge of disability under the Disability Discrimination Act.
