Graham Arnold leading Tom Mayall secured acquittal in conspiracy to facilitate illegal immigration.
After a six week trial at Southwark Crown court the jury returned not guilty verdicts against their defendant on 11th February 2026. The defendant had faced allegations of facilitating a people smuggling operation, bringing illegal entrants in from Eastern Europe using HGV vehicles between December 2023 and January 2025. Graham and Tom were expertly assisted by Mohsin Ariff and Alexandria Marcou at Lloyds PR solicitors.
