Greg Krieger secures acquittal following a re-trial
In a retrial at Harrow Crown Court, the defendant, DB, was acquitted unanimously of an alleged glassing in a central London nightclub.
Despite evidence from an eyewitness and the complainant, the jury returned not guilty verdicts on both wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm and unlawful wounding.
