Hannah Bentwood secures acquittal at the Central Criminal Court.
Hannah’s client was charged with assault on an emergency worker, after it was alleged that he bit a police officer while in police custody. The Crown relied on CCTV footage and the evidence of two police officers.
Following approximately one hour of deliberations, the jury returned a unanimous verdict of not guilty.
