Hannah Bentwood secures an acquittal in a long running case at Kingston Crown Court
Hannah Bentwood secures acquittal after six week trial at Kingston Crown Court.
The Crown alleged that Hannah’s client was part of a convoy of vehicles containing loaded firearms and other weapons. The case was prosecuted by two counsel and involved four defendants. After successful legal argument and a persuasive closing speech, Hannah’s client was unanimously acquitted by the jury.
