On 8th April 2026 at the Central Criminal Court Ian Henderson KC leading Stephen Nelson secures another acquittal in major prosecution. The defendant they represented was one of two accused of Murder in a shooting dating back to October 2021. Following a lengthy trial running over a period of two months, and requiring the detailed assessment of Cell site and CCTV information as well as following the movements of the defendant and his co-defendant, the defendant they represented was acquitted of involvement in the shooting and thus of Murder.
