Ioana Nedelcu advances a successful submission of no case to answer in relation to a perverting the course of justice case. Ioana’s client was the girlfriend of a man who accepted his involvement in the supply of class A and class B involving encrypted communications via encro phones. After a lengthy investigation and court proceedings that spanned over 5 years, the Judge at St Albans Crown Court directed the Jury this morning to return a Not Guilty verdict.
