Jack Jennett succeeds in having charges of fraud and perverting the course justice withdrawn
Jack Jennett was instructed to represent a client charged with fraud and perverting the couse of justice. The matter comprised of fraudulent payment schedules, exceeding £340,000, being submitted to both the Roya Courts of Justice and the Court Funds Office in Scotland.
After advising on medical reports and drafting written submissions, the matters were withdrawn by the Crown Prosecution Service whilst the co-defendant remains before Isleworth Crown Court.
