Justin Ko secured a suspended sentence for a client convicted of 5 breaches of a non-molestation order, criminal damage, domestic burglary, and harassment against his former partner at St Albans Crown Court.
The defendant had an extensive history of poor compliance with court orders, including breaches of previous community orders and further breaches of bail in relation to the index offences. The Court was persuaded that the days spent in custody had served as a “wake-up call” for the defendant and accordingly suspended the sentence.
