Justin Ko secures acquittal at Leicester Crown Court
After a trial lasting 7 days, Justin Ko secures acquittal in a case of Perverting the Course of justice linked to an allegation of rape against a co-accused. Through detailed cross examination of the complainant, Justin was able to expose a series of inconsistencies in the complainant’s account, leading to the jury reaching their decision to find both defendants not guilty.
