We’re delighted to share that Molly Pinkus has been appointed as a Legally Qualified Person (LQP) to provide legal advice to police misconduct panels across five policing areas in the South East of England.
These panels are tasked with determining cases involving allegations of gross misconduct by police officers, ensuring that proceedings are conducted fairly and in accordance with the law.
Molly looks forward to undertaking this fee-paid appointment, which will complement her established and busy practice.
