Ronnie Bergenthal secures acquittal in High-Profile Mortgage Fraud Case
We are pleased to report that Ronnie Bergenthal secured an acquittal for his client in a multi-million-pound mortgage fraud case at Southwark Crown Court. The case involved 16 defendants and attracted significant attention due to the scale and complexity of the allegations.
After a careful review of the evidence—which proved tenuous—the Crown Prosecution Service offered no evidence on all counts against Mr Bergenthal’s client.
