Verity Fowler secures acquittal on GBH S.18 in the Youth Court
Verity Fowler successfully argues identification and secures a acquittal of a youth accused of stabbing a 14 year old boy on Feltham High Street. Following a two day trial in which three child witnesses gave evidence, cell site evidence examined and legal arguments made, a not guilty verdict was returned.
