Hannah Bentwood

Hannah is a persuasive advocate, committed to securing the best outcomes for her clients. She represents defendants in the Youth, Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. She has also appeared in the Court of Appeal.

Hannah accepts instructions in all areas of criminal law, including violent, drugs, dishonesty, public order, sexual, and driving offences.

Hannah is particularly skilled at representing young and vulnerable defendants.

Suspended sentence for a vulnerable defendant who pleaded guilty during trial to conspiracy to convey list A articles into prison.

Unanimous acquittals for a defendant charged with dangerous driving and assault on an emergency worker, following a 3 day trial at Basildon Crown Court.

Successful submission of no case to answer for a youth defendant charged with robbery.
