R v G & Others

Massive fraudulent production & selling of postage stamps on industrial scale. Stamps appear to have been printed in China & shipped for sale in UK. Stamps selling for half of face value & then onto unsuspecting customers potentially at full value - which highlights the staggering profitability from this type of criminal enterprise. Due to importance & complexity of the case, together with the sheer quantity of digital material, including covert surveillance, computer, mobile phone & counsel was granted junior counsel to assist.

R v J & Others

Fraud/Sham marriage/money laundering: A fraudulent business facilitating Lithuanian females to marry Asian males to enable UK status. Jameldeen as the supplier of the Asian males was joint head of the operation. Topical in a period where Brexit demonstrated the UK fear of immigration of unknown individuals. Numerous legal arguments including whether having fled he should be entitled to full protection of not speculating why he was not present, especially when in active cut-throat with all other parties.
